Nikolas Griffith

Nik Griffith is a seasoned problem solver with a passion for getting things done. From the highways to film sets, ghost towns to the Montana State Capitol, and even kitchen tables, he's tackled challenges in some of the most unexpected places. 

Throughout his career, Nik has honed his skills in effective communication, navigating laws and regulations, crisis response, and long-range planning. He's been fortunate to have been mentored by the best in the business, and he's grateful for their guidance and support. 

Today, Nik leads PureView's efforts to protect the safety, security, and privacy of its patients. He oversees compliance with critical regulations like HIPAA and the Federal Tort Claims Act, ensuring that the organization meets the highest standards of patient care. Nik is also committed to supporting strategic planning initiatives that drive growth, innovation, and excellence in healthcare. 

Outside of work Nik enjoys playing anything from cribbage to tabletop games and spending time cooking with his father’s catering company. He lives with Eldon, his yellow lab and a lot of books.
