PureView Health Center’s (PureView) policy is to respect your privacy regarding any information we may collect while operating our website. PureView will not sell, trade, rent or release your personal information (name, email address, postal address, telephone, etc.) to others without your consent. This site contains links to other sites, PureView is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of such web sites.

Payment Data. Currently, we do not collect payment data on our website. If we do add this functionality in the future, this policy will be updated accordingly.

A device user’s navigation to the Patient Portal link may be collected. However, information provided to our third-party Business Associate, which manages the Patient Portal, such as your login information, is kept separately from the information collected during your use of our website, pureviewhealthcenter.org. Information that is automatically collected through your use of our website, pureviewhealthcenter.org, is primarily utilized for internal analytics and reporting purposes.

Third Parties include Google Analytics for HubSpot, which provide web and mobile analytics.

We aim to protect your personal health, and non-health, information through the implementation of a system of organizational and technical security measures. However, despite our safeguards and efforts to secure your information, no electronic transmission over the internet or information storage technology can be guaranteed to be 100% secure, so we cannot promise or guarantee that hackers, cybercriminals, or other unauthorized third parties will not be able to defeat our security and improperly collect, access, steal, or modify your information. Although we will do our best to protect your personal information, transmission of personal information to and from our services is at your own risk. You should only access our website within a secure environment.
