Who it's for: PureView patients with anxiety, depression, or trauma
What it is: A 6-week course focused on building practical skills for self-regulation

Insurance and Co-Pay Information
Reminder: Only established PureView patients may enroll in these groups.
1. Individuals with Medicaid or the HCH grant: Group therapy is 100% covered.
2. Individuals with private insurance: Most plans cover group therapy, but you should check with your insurance carrier. Please tell them 'CPT code 90853' when inquiring.
3. Medicare doesn't cover group therapy. For individuals with traditional Medicare or no insurance, the price per session is subject to PureView's sliding fee scale.
Slide prices: A-$0, B-$2, C-$4, D-$6, E-$8, F- full fee, $52
4. Medicare Advantage plans may or may not cover it. Patients should check whether their plan covers group therapy by calling and mentioning 'CPT code 90853.'
