Medical Emergencies
If you or someone you know is experiencing a life-threatening medical emergency, dial 911 immediately. It is imperative that you inform the emergency room staff that you are a patient at PureView Health Center so they can swiftly contact us and ensure that you receive the necessary care.
After Hours
Please call the PureView Health Center at (406) 457-0000. You will be connected to the PureView clinic staff, or if you call after PureView hours, you will reach an answering service that will connect you to the health provider who is available on call.
After Hours Urgent Medical Needs
If you have an urgent medical need and need to talk with one of our providers after regular hours, please call (406) 457-0000. A medical provider is on-call 24 hours a day. Your call will be returned promptly.

Healthcare For The Homeless
God's Love Clinic Case Management
At God's Love, we offer case management services and medical care at our downtown location to support the homeless and provide ongoing medical care for those in the Helena area. Our case manager is located at 533 North Last Chance Gulch, ready to serve homeless individuals and families. Our downtown clinic is just a few blocks away at 630 North Last Chance Gulch, making it easy for patients to access the care they need.
We provide a wide range of services, including routine preventive healthcare, immunizations, acute and chronic illness care, mental health care and therapy, chemical dependency assessment, counseling, emergency dental care, and financial assistance for prescriptions. Our case management services are designed to help individuals obtain assistance through local agencies. No appointment is necessary - simply walk into God's Love or the downtown clinic, and our team will ensure you receive the care you deserve.

PureView Mobile Clinic
The clinic offers free testing for syphilis, HIV, and Hepatitis C. We also hand out items like Narcan kits to tackle opioid overdoses, gun locks, drug deactivation kits, drug test strips, condoms, and hygiene kits.
