Kila Shephard

Kila Shepherd joined the PureView team in November of 2023. She brings an extensive background in Human Resources having worked in public sector, private sector, non-profits and higher education since the early 1990s. Her experience includes working in HR for a Fortune 500 company, state and county government, as well as for both Helena College and the University of Providence. She received her bachelor’s degree from California State University – Long Beach in 1992. Outside of work, Kila is passionate about her dogs, dalmatians, which she shows competitively, her horse (a Mangalarga Marchador), and her family and friends. A sports fan, her favorite teams are the Green Bay Packers (football) and the Chicago Blackhawks (hockey).
