PureView Medical Clinic
At our medical clinic, you'll have access to a team of healthcare experts consisting of doctors, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, and nurses who specialize in managing chronic conditions such as asthma, diabetes, hypertension, cardiovascular disease, and depression. Our Community Health Centers, funded by the federal government, offer comprehensive care to help you stay healthy and manage your health conditions.
We run three clinics: PureView Health Center (Murray Building in Helena), Parker Medical Center in Lincoln, and the Downtown Clinic (Seeley Building in Helena). Additionally, we offer Healthcare for the Homeless case management at God's Love, with medical support provided through our downtown location. Walk-In Appointments
Medical walk-in appointments are available on a first come, first served basis, daily from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. at both of our Helena locations.
Provider Spotlight: Molly Tschetter
Meet Molly Tschetter, our new family practice nurse from South Dakota State University. She's dedicated to improving the physical and mental health of patients at all stages of life and excited to serve the Helena community. In her free time, Molly enjoys traveling, fishing, and camping.

PureView Health Center received the highest level of Patient Centered Medical home recognition. We have achieved PCMH Level III.
We use a PCMH approach to healthcare, which includes preventive care including routine check-ups, immunizations, integrated behavioral health, acute and chronic illness management, dental care and affordable prescriptions.
We are committed to the PCMH model of primary care in order to increase our patients’ access to services that are offered outside the general medical care provided at our clinics.
We deliver care in a PCMH model where you and your primary care provider, nurse, counselor and other specialists, as needed, work together with you to manage your health, injuries, and chronic conditions.
The PCMH model allows you, as the patient, to be in charge of setting your own goals with the support of your health team. We work with patients to create better outcomes and save taxpayer money.
