PureView Health Center is a Federally Qualified Healthcare Center (FQHC) with clinics in Helena and Lincoln, Montana, committed to improving the health and well-being of the communities we serve. Our approach to care is team-based, with a focus on addressing the needs of the whole person. Our clinics offer exceptional, cost-effective primary care for families, while embracing cultural diversity and respecting the dignity of our patients. We provide empathetic care to all age groups, equipping patients with the knowledge, expertise, and motivation to make positive changes in their lives.

Our comprehensive range of services includes not only illness prevention and treatment, but also health education, behavioral health services, dental care, and affordable prescription medications. We cater to the needs of our patients, particularly those with chronic conditions like diabetes, high blood pressure, and asthma, by facilitating referrals to specialists.

PureView offers excellent benefits, including: 

 

  • Traditional or High Deductible Health Plan, which includes Dental, Vision, and Rx benefits. 
  • Flexible Spending Account (FSA) and/or Health Savings Account (HSA)  
  • 3.5 weeks of Paid time off (PTO) in your first year* (Increase in annual weeks based on years of service starting on the 5th year of service) 
  • 2 weeks of Extended Sick Leave (ESL) annually 
  • 2 Floating Paid Holidays annually 
  • No waiting period for PTO, ESL, and Floating Holidays.  Accrue and use them right away. 
  • 6 Paid Holidays (New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas) 
  • 401(k) that includes a 4% employer contribution and a 4% employer match after one year. 
  • (401(k) contributions can start at any point – there’s no waiting period) 
  • Life Insurance for the employee of $25,000, Spouse $5,000 and Dependent(s) $1,000 each. 
  • Optional additional Life and Accidental Death and Dismemberment (ADD) policies. 
  • Employee Assistance Program (EAP) 
  • Discounted employee paid short-term and long-term disability.
