COVID-19 Vaccination Information
An Important Message Regarding COVID-19 Vaccines
Vaccination appointments are available to all patients 5 and older, Monday – Friday. Patients will also be offered the vaccine at regular appointments. Please request an appointment by sending a message on the portal or call 406.457.0000.
WhAT TO EXPECT
Once you receive the vaccine you will be asked to wait for 15-30 minutes to monitor you for adverse reactions. You will receive a vaccination card with your first dose information. You will be scheduled for your second vaccine in approximately 3 weeks by a Patient Support Ambassador.

BOOSTERS ARE AVAILABLE
The following guidelines are being used to determine eligibility:
- Pfizer recipients should receive a booster 5 months after the 2nd dose (12 and older)
- Moderna recipients should receive a booster 5 months after the 2nd dose (18 and older)
- Johnson and Johnson recipients should receive a booster after 2 months *Booster of Moderna or Pfizer is recommended in most situations.
- If you are immunocompromised, you may need an additional dose of the vaccine. Please discuss with your primary care provider.
