COVID-19 Vaccinations

Vaccination appointments are available to all patients 16 and older on Tuesdays and Thursdays. We are currently scheduling Moderna primary, secondary, boosters and bivalent vaccines. Pfizer bivalent vaccines are also available (no primary or secondary).
