PureView has Certified Application Counselors available to help individuals/families who have questions about the ACA or who need assistance obtaining health insurance. Affordable Health Plans
The Health Insurance Marketplace is a new way to find health coverage that fits your budget and meets your needs. Open enrollment begins November 15, 2015.
As a Certified Application Counselor Organization, PureView Health Center gives you balanced, fair and unbiased information to help you understand and compare your insurance options. In addition to Marketplace assistance, we can help you determine if you and your family are eligible for Medicaid, Expanded Medicaid, and the Children’s Health Insurance Program (CHIP).

Most people using the Marketplace will be able to save money on health insurance costs. To get started and find out how much you can save, you will need the following information:
- Social security numbers and birth dates for family members
- Recent pay stubs and/or W-2 forms
- Information about health insurance you or your family could get from your jobs

A sliding fee scale is available to families in economic distress. No one will be denied care due to an inability to pay.
