Frequently Asked Questions

I have insurance. Why PureView?

PureView Health Center treats everyone. We serve people without other access to primary care services. This includes people with no insurance, inadequate insurance or a limited income. We also accept all insurances including Medicare and Medicaid.

Does it cost a lot to see a PureView provider?

It should not cost a lot to get good healthcare, so we provide services at the lowest possible cost for those in need. Our services are provided on a sliding fee scale, depending upon family size and income level. Be sure to bring some kind of income verification to your visit.

When do I have to pay?

Payment is expected at the time of service. Arrangements can be made if payment is not possible at the time of service—just ask. Nobody is turned away because of an inability to pay.

Do you accept Medicaid?

Yes, we accept Medicaid, Medicare, CHIP and private insurance.
